PAYMENT:
You may pay by cheque to "Scale Rail Model Centre", credit card or debit card.
Visa - Mastercard - Amex - Switch or Delta.
We do not take payment for goods that have
not been dispatched and only charge the card when dispatching the goods.
PLACING AN ORDER:
Orders can be placed through this secure online web site. Alternatively phone,
email or fax your order. It is not recommended you email credit card details.
You can of course post your order. Our website does not give actual stock
figures.
If ordering goods as
a gift or a present, PLEASE check availability as non-stock items might take a
while to come back into stock.
DELIVERY:
Stock items are normally dispatched within 2 working day (excluding
weekends).
UK orders are normally despatched by return by Royal Mail or Parcel Force and
are delivered in a few days. Allowance should be made for postal delays beyond
our control. With regard to foreign orders- these are despatched within 4 days
by Parcel Force or Royal Mail . Orders sent via airmail are usually delivered
within a week after despatch and surface mail sometimes takes up to 6 weeks but
it is often much quicker than this as the post office sometimes forwards surface
mail via airmail.
Non stock, out of stock or new items will follow as soon as stock is available
from the suppliers.
UK Post and packing under 1 kilo £2.50 over 1 kilo £7.00, excluding Sundeala
Boards, Trestles, and Baseboards for which additional delivery applies as
follows: Baseboards £10.00 per board. Sundeala £10.00 per order, Trestles £10.00
per order.Baseboards/trestles/sundeala orders to Scotland attract additional
charges.
Overseas: Postage at cost rounded to the nearest upward £. Minimum Delivery is
£2.50
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE THE CORRECT POSTAGE AND
PACKAGING IF AN INCORRECT OPTION IS CHOSEN WHILE FILLING OUT THE CHECKOUT FORM.
Please note that advance orders for new items will be treated as separate orders
and subject to the respective delivery charges.
